FIRST EDITION. 8vo. 8 x 5.25 inches. 55 pp. Bound in original red cloth, in unclipped dust wrapper with chips at head and tail of spine, which is sunned and worn with loss of most of title. Flyleaves foxed, but otherwise a very good copy. New collection of verses by Dorothy Violet Wellesley (1889-1956), Duchess of Wellington, poet, author and editor. After her separation from the Duke in 1922, she was reputedly the lover of Vita Sackville-West and also a friend of W. B. Yeats.
