21 pages, 119 leaves (6 folded) : chiefly illustrations, facsimiles, 1 portrait ; 44 cmx 31 CM,Slipcase. Designed by John Carrod at the Royal College of Art. The book was printed on Grosvenor Chater's Basingwerk Parchment supplied by R.K. Burt & Co. Ltd, and printed at the Curwen Press Ltd. Type set by Monotype Service Ltd. The blocks were made by the Grout Engraving Co. Ltd., and Gee and Watson Ltd. The binding is by Henry Brooks Ltd. very good condition.
